I have sold my hhv shares today because I think it is unethical to raise money in the way the company did. They sold shares to institutions or big investors at 1.26 with the share price at 1.44. This is effectively giving away my money and that of other shareholders to new investors. I regard it as a disrespectful slap in the face and I will never again invest a cent in any company or investment product owned or offered by these people. The share market is hard enough to make money in without the people you pay to pick companies for you simply giving your money away. It should not be legal.
