Yes, unfortunately I along with everyone else still stuck in this, or as they say, left holding the bag, hoping for an exit opportunity
As for Ash’s personality, it’s nothing personal just that he’s the man in charge and expect a bit more gusto from an MD. He’s not forced into that position if he doesn’t have the right or required personality and skills he’s always welcomed to go back to he’s old position, let someone else take charge.
