Firstly I recognize your posts are fair minded, and you make some considerable efforts to challenge unrealistic interpretations
I am cautious in interpreting 88e statements, and now actively look for the loop holes, in your point 2 there may be some
88e use the words, "no CR is planned "during" the flow test"
During meaning whilst it is being done, it does not preclude a CR before results are announced, and further, a hint of uncertainty exists around whether this is one flow test or the two.
Even planned is no guarantee as plans rapidly evolve, as circumstance change

I recall Dave Wall when asked about whether a capital raise was needed, back in the Icewine campaign.
He replied no, then proceeded to raise capital within about 1 day, when later challenged on this. It turned out 88e did not need capital, but did want capital
