If you follow the logic in the reddit post, it suggests( doesn't prove) the perforation took place close to the 17th, then go to the 88e timeline chart, It shows 10 days after perforation, results are due on the upper SFS
Unfortunately the wording is unclear as it smudges perforation into the 10 day period, best to just follow the timeline chart where perforation is a specific line item
