Don't worry mate. You will get a call again. They do that all the time! Everytime there is an AGM or CR they do this. The person you speak to generally doesn't know anything about the company. They get a script they just talk from it. If you ask them any question they will not have any answers. Just will just say they that they will note it down and let the company know
