Doc I disagree with you completely and personally think shareholders should support management and I would be voting for all the resolutions.

This board:
- managed a successful drill and delivered a positive flow test.
- Flow test was fully funded
- Were confident in the outcomes hence didn’t go for a CR both before and during flow test
- successfully put an end to huge swing in sp, hence protecting new investors being taken for a ride by traders

Couple of areas that needs improvement:
- Own more company shares purchased with their own funds
- Better communication and correspondence with investors and shareholders.
