I think this confusion in the RNS, provides opportunity to capital raise at a better price than a clear picture would have allowed.
Then once a capital buffer is in place, the consolidation will be pushed
From there the consolidated price will erode sharply
Effectively diluting current shareholders into minor holders
Management will gain a significant stake from the 2.5 billion share kitty being created as performance shares
The reset will have completed to begin again, with a few hundred million shares on issue, and a market cap in line with a new explorer
