I think they will do another CR prior to the flow tests
Even if they dont need the money for the near term, they want to be cashed up to survive at least another 12 months should the flow test results disappoint, imo.
I am thinking the opposite. we potentially have something good and if the results are good, they the SP will increase and when the CR occurs, less dilution.
If the results are bad, the CR will be at current levels. From a strategy prospective if they have money to wait, then lets see how good this well is.
