The Unit Operator will also study the possibility of re-entry of the Icewine-1 well in 2023, which was P&A’d in 2015. The primary objective of the Icewine-1 well was the coring and evaluation of HRZ unconventional shale play with no flow test conducted. The well has been cased to a depth of 10,449’ with 7” casing over the primary target intervals in the SMD sandstones. The Unit Operator anticipates that should the well be able to be safely re-entered then it is possible that a flow test could be conducted over the shallower zones of interest. A re-entry of Icewine-1, if safe and technically sound, would occur in the 2024 summer period.
