Hi All,
Queried over the weekend by a couple of friends investing in 88E as to what, on success, of the Hickory-1 well would I think the Market may re-rate the share price to. Always very difficult to put any specific value that a share price may re-rate to, but over the years I've found a very rough guide to be around 20% of the full field value on discovery - at least as something of a possible initial gain.
For those interested Slides 1 to 3 are my estimates based on: 88E's currently Certified volumes, Pantheon's NPV10 / barrel for its SMD reservoirs at an exchange rate of AUD to US at 70c. Slide 4 Pantheon information.
