I read that as very specific, it is an official communication.

"The Company will provide further updates subsequent to Hickory-1 achieving TD."

If an investor was to buy or sell on that statement, they would be entitled to see it honored

There would be exceptions, for when a deviation to plan is outside of their control, such as a breakdown,
But in this case the progress steps have been clearly laid out with timelines, and the event that triggers the next update.
We can never be 100% sure of an interpretation till the event has proven itself, but that is how I see it
