They indicated they were planning to flow test in the 2023/2024 season, but that would be dependent on what the drilling showed - no point trying to flow test a poor quality reservoir. They were pretty confident in Merlin-2 and had everything ready to try and do a flow test but then decided not to because the reservoir quality wasn't good enough. Similarly for this well, they wouldn't bother with the time and cost to case a well if they didn't think they had the reservoir size and quality to warrant it. Hence the fact they have not definitively said they will case and come back to do a flow test shows they are pretty confident.
