I have been watching 88E for a while along with other oil company's ,Yes they done a flow test .To me it is not really that high
When you think of the cost to bring it and transport it .I Seen many other company's ,having much more bigger discoveries ,only to get killed by the cost .then bigger sharks eat them up at cost ,but good like
