Because he has huge buys at 0.05 and 0.06 to minimise potential loses and that impacts those holding bags.
Bet if those buys go through inline with timing closer to leading up to the drill, comments change to positive to suit purpose then do quick sell to exit. Basically big risk to load up more through fear mongering. I could be wrong. Imo. Nonfact.
