Sparky, We cannot go on the tundra until a pad is ready - so that will be the delay not the rig. If PANR start flow testing late sept as indicated, IMO they will be finished by mid December.
They can start early because they are working from a gravel pad.
I haven't seen our permit application, I'm assuming it will be an ice pad.
