Flow Test, is substantive proof of valuation of the oil reserve, but will be undertaken many months in early Alaska's winter, at least six months from now. Why buy now, maybe sell to invest in other stocks. The Share Price will be in a hiatus for many months. There is no manipulation of share price, nor is there profit taking. All that is happening in economic concept of 'opportunity cost.. Bill Bates it is your job to respond and maybe earn your money.
