Doc can correct you himself if he so wishes, but don’t think doc ever mentioned anything about helping out the company.
As far options and exercising them, it’s been a while since 88e issued any options, and when converting options, one will only do so if it works out to be better or the same value than buying from market.
It could be as a member of staff, you’ve been issued performance options (as you’ve done a good job defending the indefensible performance of the management, even became unhinged at times )

From memory Doc participated in the last CR. And you should know 88e when doing CR has always gone directly to the SI and instos and excluded individual shareholders from participating in CR.
