re: Ann: Hicks Hill Drilling Confirms Shallow... Maybe what Stoker is referring to is why do they stop in the banded iron - which is essentially true looking at the cross section. I guess its because it was a regional drill target that needed to be tested to see if it was banded iron and whether that banded iron was any good or not.

A good looking result though as it confirmed that magnetic anomaly was BIF and shallow. Sorry if this is picking up an old thread but I've only recently bought into this baby and like it (if you hadn't already guessed) .... a lot.
