How do you say the BoDs are "too dumb" or dumb at all?! They have taken our money for literally decades, exuberant salaries, done SFA, with virtually no skin in the game, they have had everything to gain and nothing to lose. Do you call that dumb?!!!! We on the other hand are literally stuck, whereas they can walk away any minute. Between us and them, who is the dumb?
Mind you, IF they walk away and leave us in the lurch, there will be class action on the cards. I understand there will likely be legal action against individual directors in that case too.
So, they'd hope to get that license back and stop selling our assets to transfer it to their pocket as salaries.
