This high court appeal was a joke. One Day (which means just a few hours in front of a judge at best); nothing new presented; delaying tactics supported by the greens.

It appears that F & B have been asked to put up a bond in relation to the environmental appeal, so at least they have some money on the table. I wonder who the backer(s) for this appeal is(are). In my opinion the list of possible parties to benefit include The Greens; concerned Mums and dads or could it be any of the institutions that are activley shorting the stock. I will take my tin foil hat off now and take my pills
