So the Nersa regulator has no say on Renergens liquid helium and LNG production ?

Given the looming gas cliff this could be a factor in any negotiations with Nersa, the SA Govt and Sasol to supply raw nat gas into the national pipeline grid to Sasol for instance.

For instance negotiations on pricing for such raw nat gas as Renergen now has the leverage to allocate all raw nat gas (methane) to LNG production which is outside of NERSA's reach unless pricing for raw nat gas (for which NERSA has a say) to supply via the national pipeline grid to Sasol is high enough for instance for Renergen etc..

Just speculation if this could be leveraged by Renergen with NERSA for pricing if ever selling into the national pipeline grid
