Hi andy, I agree with you whole heartedly, but the sad thing is we are using 'common sense'.......something that one should never contemplate, when interpreting the law!

Supreme Court of Australia, tick - Victorian Court of Appeal, upheld tick - & now the High Court of Australia!
What a load of absolute garbage the judicial system is --- (except I guess, to keep lining the pockets of the lawyers, barristers and senior counsel's)....!
Total joke! .... IMHO.
