Too bad you got your zones mixed up so the merit of your argument is nix, nil and spurious. The High Cliff of 10m was never tested, the Kingia was tested and that point is clear in the documents you posted. You should ask for the post to be taken down, admit your error and apologise, we all make mistakes. Your point that 10m can be commercial is valid but is not supported by your example. I am not being critical just pointing out the facts. You can either continue to double down , which is not a good look or do a mea culpa.
