The announcement was specific in that an autoclave was required for the sulphide ore. That can be considered a conventional process, can it not? with many producers (e.g. RSG and DEG planning), doing just that while others dodge the complication and expense and just deliver a concentrate for downstream smelting. Following pressure/heat treatment the ore would be followed with cyanide treatment. I am no metallurgist and so willing to be corrected,
