so two additional stages prior to CIL
as the float conc grade is not high enough to ship
must ultra fine grind conc to 10-25 microns
then run through CIL with float tails
so if a std CIL plant is say $200-$250m
what is the capex for these other process steps?
plus other infrastructure
and since the MC is so low, finance through DEBT
DEBT brings HEDGES
HEDGES kill projects
BGL case in point - better project, better grades, better met
