This announcement got my attention. Decided to hold off. Glad I did means are limited anyways.
For only 282m shares the liquidity is very good. The register looks to have been turned over previously at a VWAP higher than today's price. So, they did a deal to acquire the tech for 8c? Being handled by an engineering firm with some big runs on the board. With escrowed shares and options vesting at 25c in 2 months? Which if exercised would raise $7m... Would anyone care to do a fundamental breakdown?
Hard to know what direction technically it'll go. Today was totally lidded with awful candle, day before you have a big bullish hammer. Don't see often but possibly a shake out from both ends? If moves upside after a consolidation it's a strong buy, otherwise a leave alone imo
