When china/Russia flood or block the distribution of rare earth or metals to the world market due to any geopolitical tensions, the reaction certainly has not been good and can hit certain commodities hard.
To not have the expenses of mining overheads when things are down/flooded but can still be in production turning a profit is a rare thing. Then, when certain things become a niche camodity or withheld from the market and in higher demand and we have the monopoly all of a sudden?
It's a win win in my books and will be proven with the pilot plant and with the partnerships going forward.
