    Thanks Red Baron, I've been through the website before and saw plenty of references to "exclusive license" but couldn't find any detail beneath that, e.g. any geographical scope, length of term etc. I certainly didn't see the demarcation of graphene versus metals. Anyway, that all looks OK.

    I'm not worried about Chinese competition as re-shoring and domestic supply is a big part of the story here. I'd be more concerned about big industrial/chemical and recycling companies that may already have sourcing agreements and factories all over the country, with existing capital and manpower. But, I haven't detected any immediate threat. I came across this article, describing the use of microwaves to liberate the metals from e-waste, but it's still at the university research stage.
