Read it and was disappointed.How come there is no mention
that the client didnt receive the normal AMSLA security
of 100% plus margin and only received a paltry 20% plus
was charged interest!
Also if I didnt have beneficial ownership then how
come I was able to transfer the shares straight back
to my chess sponsored broker and it usually happened
same day as I faxed.
It may have been called an AMSLA but it didnt operate
as one.It operated as a margin loan.I have so many emails
from opes referring to MY shares and what would I like
to do.pay up on the share option,vote,heres my dividend
etc.
I'm shocked the judge can ignore all of this!
