you do an IP survey before you go out and have a look and take any rock chips that might be worthwhile assaying i really do not know these days what some people regard as logical systematic exploration that is cheap information can be valuable information quick but does require someone getting off their combined backsides out into the midday sun - why on earth would you not have even done this as a due diligence on acquisition. is it becuase of delays they have raced out to fill a void. the worst part is the surprise there is mineralisation outcropping could have done this with no IP expense and drilled the outcropping mineralisation.

dont get me wrong here it is great to have "found" this mineralisation BUT it just erodes my confidence in these guys to get done the far more complicated work of DFS etc etc i just dont get it. Do the obvious stuff first it ususally is the cheapest way to go.
