I never understood why the number of share on issue should really matters (unless the share price is too high like Berkshire Hathway where normal retail may not be able afford even one share!). I have always checked the market cap and for that matter TYX is 39M while GL1 is 293M (based on the MC at HC at the time of writing). May be there are other differences between these two ( i dont know much about GL1) but i am not sure difference in total number of share on issue would make such a difference in MC... anyway all IMO
