Yes, they could rectify this and perhaps in time they will find other geologists but the outgoings will be far higher as they will need to pay industry rates. No more 30 day a month and 18 hour days from one person. More like two or potentially even three personnel on rotating rosters to cover Rob's old workload alone.Those people will also have to catch up and become familiar with the last three years work...more time wasted and more expense. If only there was genuine technical expertise at board or exec level!
