    Organisationally these are both good appointments. I know Adam personally and his motivations are ABSOLUTELY aligned with all shareholders.
    He has great experience and a good head on his shoulders.

    His ability to post on HC will be diminished as he is now on the board but I'd rather his thoughts expressed on the board anyway.

    4 to 6 weeks until mobilisation to Barkly, bring it on.
