Management does not include E, who I experienced as both a quality technical team member and human being. E is a project geologist, a very good geologist but he is not on the board and not a member of the executive...hang on, that's right there is no executive in this company. No CEO, no MD, so who runs the show? E would be very capable in management and he does have serious technical experience but he would still need a team to direct. Where do you find that team and how much will it cost?

To the best of my knowledge, Jonathan West has not got experience running exploration programs. Show me one hard rock geology related professional report he has signed off on at any point in time over the last 50 years. He has told me that he graduated with a geology degree approximately 50 years ago but then quickly changed stream to public service jobs etc in other fields. Have you noticed he does not sign off on any Inca geological reports? He is not qualified to. You need to be both academically qualified and have worked in the field for a number of years in order to have the experience and professional affiliations required to sign off on a report. I thought he got this position because he convinced a group of shareholders he would be good representation for them on a board.

Now, instead of hysterically attacking the player, play the ball. You might go back and read my first post in this thread...Inca, IMO, have a problem, a decimated technical team. How will they fix that and how much will it cost? I'm not saying it can't be done I'm pointing out it is a problem that needs a solution if they are to plan and then implement exploration drilling this year or any other. The season last year started mid March. That's only four weeks away. All of this is in the public domain.

PS I removed myself from association with Inca, well more precisely association with the board, many months ago. I still like the tenements, I just don't see them being successfully developed with the current non-technical and inexperienced leadership.
