Is 5g dirt viable underground? Would think it would be close.
They have known about this down plunge extension for a long time. In Feb 2019 they talk about accelerating exploration. ASX Announcement (markitdigital.com).
I hate put in another reality check, but don't they have Met issues in the fresh? Check out Table 1 of the Jan 2019 met-testwork results.
2995-02069190-6A917350 (markitdigital.com). Oxides fly, but we have major cyanide consumptions and 55% gold recovery on the fresh type of ore. Cant see this going into any neighboring mills. They need to find a lot more gold to make this fly with the economics IMHO. I guess they have done very limited met-work so maybe it performs better.
Upside is the oxide is showing higher grades than historical holes so will help the resource number, but its not going to be over 100,000oz at 1g/t in oxide, which is the money maker.
SP wont go anywhere until they have the funds to do all this future work and I'm struggling to see how this project will work until they get 50-100 more holes into the deeper parts (assuming they can get >75% Au Recovery from the fresh or grades double in the UG).
