UG use to be 8-12g/t minimum and still is if your paying off major capital; if its just about mining and not processing 5g/t might make it, but wont have much meat on the bone.
IMHO I don't see the UG as a viable option at all. Met issues and grade are the major hurdle on this one.
Oxide looks good; just not enough to make it attractive, which is why they are chasing the UG side to get some smoke with the mirrors.
Even then it needs to be 2g/t dirt to toll treat even if it is less than 20km to the neighbors mill.
