What's a timely manner? A year, 2, 3, 4? You need to be able to raise ridiculous amounts of capital. Very few juniors unless they have a bonanza deposit will ever get CAPEX (at multiples of their market cap) required to get a project into development and production in a bull market let alone a resources bear market. These junior stocks with ridiculous CAPEX requirements are opportunities to trade if you like a punt. They're not investments.
You will see over the coming months and years what I am saying. For now I know many will disagree with me.
