    Option's convert price is 4c.

    There are 36m left and I don't think they don't like to make more money and like sell lower.

    Some got cheat shares and want push sp low in order to buy back cheaper.

    After all options are converted, the company will get more $1.5m cash.

    I am patient and watch, I can buy more shares also if sp go down.
