its not a duster of an announcement, very low MC and plenty of money in the bank. Lets see what the other results tell us.

sub 10m MC, so it is at the extremely low valuation of the spectrum... the upside here can be decent... cannot ask for more at this stage of the development...

risky yes, but not a blind roulette type of a play where you double or lose it all in one spin
