My feeling is that they are planning to have the strategic wrapped up way sooner than 6 months, wouldn't be surprised if its within the next month or two, but they went the conservative option to extend for 6 months. Deal likely sitting at the final sign off stage with the strategic and Chris didn't want to risk it not being signed off prior to the end of Feb deadline, so opted for the extension. Good move I think, the more I think about it now. He seems very confident they are just about ready to close a deal. Huge value at these levels. He even admitted it wasn't a great raise at these levels but sometimes things just need to be done for the greater good of the long term and getting deals signed off. Remember we are still a small-mid cap not a large cap in a tough lithium market, so from time to time, we can be a victim of circumstances.
