Surmised from one of the recent interviews. Very doubtful there's more than one, all requiring another 6 months for due diligence. In any case, Chris conceded because they know he needs them before moving forward with Renard, which shareholders are, only now after the raise, privy to.
Whether this changes in 6 months time (moving forward with Renard even if they couldn't secure a strategic), we'll have to see. Chris has said a strategic partner going into Renard further de-risks the decision, which of course it would, however previously we were assumed to be buying Renard regardless of that aspect.
July/August will be make or break.
