The document you linked for those interested alludes to some points, from 32. I dont want this to be "the reason why", as its my opinion that a few things should have been done by Stornoway before winsome takes ownership. These steps now being done are a positive for winsome.
It was also my concern about employees being paid out after transition. point 39 d also speaks of this but the defined details I am not aware of.
