    PRS has 88 million shares on issue (65 million quoted & 23 million unquoted)

    $900K in the kitty at 30/6/22 with $700K spend previous quarter

    kitty is close to empty now; probably $500K at best at 30/9/22

    looks like needs to do capital raising
