It's a good sign....it means they cant convert them themselves...if the heads remain above 1.2 it is almost guaranteed the OA options will get converted by anyone who picks them up at 0.002 or lower, which in turn guarantees ~$2.2mill to the company.

I personally think the heads will rise over the coming weeks and make OA's and OB's a certainty for conversion.

Whoever just bought the 16mill OA's at 0.002, if they convert today, has just made $16,000 profit on their investment based on the last CTM price of 0.013...this will grow exponentially if CTM decides to go for a run.
