Probably none of those things.
Today the market is saying that the enterprise value plus the shell is worth zero, which includes all the gold, magnesium and cobalt.
The portfolio has appreciated today but the market is also saying the portfolio is worth less than the portfolios market value right now.
So what are we? Undervalued is all I can come up with.
