Will Mark Gasson get his free shares?

It is proposed, subject to shareholder approval, to issue 4,500,000 Performance Rights to Mr Gasson as set out below: - 1,500,000 Performance Rights shall vest if the 10 day volume weighted average share price (VWAP) on the ASX is $0.30 or higher from the date of issue; - 1,500,000 Performance Rights shall vest if the 10 day VWAP on the ASX is $0.40 or higher from the date of issue; and - 1,500,000 Performance Rights shall vest if the 10 day VWAP on the ASX is $0.50 or higher from the date of issue.
