Seems to me to be either an idiot or someone in a rush, and usually only idiots are in a rush.
We don't need to look for signs or confirmations for Nzuri. There are 3-4 hungry plants owned by well capitalised companies 40km away that need our concentrate, so just have to tap our fingers on the desk until something happens.
