Probably Covid travel restrictions - sites not pegged until mid August, contractor not awarded until end of August, probably no rigs available at the moment anyway, they would all be busy being the dry season. Unless a rig appears in 4 weeks time they will lose their window for any substantial drilling program before the wet season hits.
