if it is done like when WR1 was split off from MTC Gino just became a shareholder in WR1 like the rest off us. We got x amount of shares in WR1 as a shareholder in MTC. can't remember the exact ratio.
I am guessing it will be the same deal if and when the Australian asset are spun off.
AS2 will end up with plenty of dollars also to pursue its African ventures.
