I don't think the sellers understand what has been assayed.
The old timers would have just mined out the visible mineralized veins or channels at Murchison. The leftover ore is stored in large dumps. Back in the day they had poor recovery rates and so there is still a large amount of Cu, Zn and Co remaining.
CRL has assayed some of those dumps to find they grade at 4.6% Cu, 4% Zn and 0.7% Co. Long story short there is likely much higher grading ore at depth.
